Upcoming events at the Garden

I truly love teaching yoga & sharing my practice with my students. We have tons of fun and flow while still maintaining the integrity of our breath and our most beautiful postures. We lead with our heart centers (both on & off our mats).

I’m a self-taught baker and lifelong bread lover with a background in public health. My curiosity about where our food comes from and the additives and processes hidden in it sparked a passion for cooking and baking with whole, nourishing ingredients. These days, nothing makes me happier than creating healthy recipes and sharing them with others.
